TROOP 4 CAMPOUT
LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY RELEASE REQUEST

To ensure the safety of all scouts campout and activity attendance is closely monitored.  During campouts several attendance checks are made from the time the Troop leaves from Trinity Presbyterian Church till the official campout end and final roll call at Russell Boulevard School. 

Any scout needing to arrive after the initial roll call  or  leave the campout prior to final roll call or leave and return during the campout, must complete the Release Request and provide this information to the Scoutmaster prior to the campout.  Following this process will ensure the scout receives activity credit for the campout.
